This villa is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 and a half bathroom private pool and spa home with a wonderful lake outlook in the community of Bridgewater at Town Center.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this villa is in the perfect location 20 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World with easy access to the I4 with nearby Champions Gate and Posner Park offering a large choice of shopping and dining destinations.
Downstairs you will find a well appointed large kitchen with barstool seating, a dining table that seats 8 and 2 living areas with comfortable sofas, in addition to a half bathroom with access from not only inside the home but leads out onto the pool deck.
Upstairs there is a King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with seperate tub and stand up shower. Theres a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Then sharing a family bathroom the twin bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has 2 bunk beds.
As well as TVs in every bedroom there is a games room with pool table, air hockey table and table tennis for your entertainment.
The large pool deck overlooks the lake behind the home with a great sized swimming pool and spa to relax in after a long day at the parks or during one of the many sun filled days here in Florida.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Overall was a great stay for the price and location. Would stay again. You’re not on top of your neighbors, very spacious, many bathrooms including one that had access to the back of the pool area, all necessities were provided, central to all parks and very reasonable driving distance, and all was as advertised.

We had an Awesome time during our 6 night stay! We moved in, went grocery shopping and made quesadillas!! The pool and the washer and dryer were a life saver - It really felt like home away from home. It's also got great location to Orlando attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Ashley was an excellent host
