A very spacious 4 bedroom family home with 2 bedrooms that have their own ensuite bathrooms. The family space is large and open planned with a well equipped kitchen for all of your self catering needs. Two dining tables and comfortable sofas looking to watch the TV and look out to the pool area.

A pool table for the holiday games is available to you in the garage of the house along with a washer and dryer.

The pool area boasts a West facing pool deck with a good sized lanai to cover yourself from the day of sunshine should you need to escape the Florida sun. A large pool that can be heated upon request is the perfect way to spend the day with the family on a down day from the parks and all of Central Floridas attractions.

Disney is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You also have free wifi and free local calls.

Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $30 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
