The gates of Disney are just 20 minutes from this perfectly placed (5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom) private pool home located on the wonderful gated community of Legacy Park.

The home with no rear neighbors in view has a private heatable pool and spa for your enjoyment and inside there's a games room with pool table, fussball table and air hockey table.

2 large and comfortable living areas make up the space between the open plan kitchen and dinsing areas down stairs which accompany 2 of the 5 bedrooms in the house. Downstairs you have a twin room at one end of the home and leading directly out with private access to the pool a Queen size bedroom.

Upstairs the grand master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with his and hers vanity areas either side of the bathroom a walk in shower and bath. The remaining 2 rooms share the family bathroom at the other side of the large peaceful loft area with a well situated recliner and desk for the guest that may have to open a laptop whilst they're away.

Legay Park is situated perfectly on the H27 and moments from the 192 giving you great access to all that Central Florida has to offer especially the Disney parks.

This vacation home also has free wifi and free calls throughout the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico

Please note that although the outside pool and spa can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
