Extremely close to banks, shops and less than 20 minutes from Disney this villa is a perfect location for your vacation or stay here in the Disney area.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and bath tub. There are two twin rooms and a queen room, well furnished and a great place to rest your head after a long day at the parks.

You will be fully fenced into your very own private pool area, great for the Florida sunshine as this sun trap is south facing and with comfortable outside furniture making a great place to top up the tan or have a family meal.

The Esprit community also offers a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, amid the Polo Park East Golf Club.

This villa has a security system for your convenience, free wifi and free calls throughout USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional cost to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 days. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
