The Town Center Reserve is a very popular community for holiday makers and residents alike, ideal for snow birds and summer sun seekers. Just 15 minutes from the Disney parks and attractions this villa is perfectly situated.

The villa also offers free wifi and free calls throughout the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional cost to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 days. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
