House was perfect, Great area to vacation in. Cumbrian Lakes is one of the nicest communities we have stayed in. Any questions he had were met with a prompt response. Everything in the listing was described as such!! We vacation in Florida 1-2 times a year and have never stayed in house as clean as this property. We will be looking to book again in the future!! There was so much right about this rental. The security and safety was above and beyond. We were so comfortable and at ease with the pool because of the extra security fence. There was nothing that we needed for our stay that wasn't there. The house was so well decorated and homey feeling. Communication with support staff was excellent.

Our large group was extremely comfortable in this house. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and a place to sit. Definitely would recommend staying at this house for large groups.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We went to Florida for a dance competition so the pool was a perfect and inexpensive way to spend our down time. It’s a little older of a house but the fees to rent it were a lot less in comparison to some of the big villa resort places which is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of room, the bathrooms were nice and newly remodeled and I thought it looked even better than the pictures on the ad. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. And the management was very nice and helpful!

Absolutely amazing. , Very clean and very comfortable. I truly appreciate the owners attention to detail, the sitting area soon as you walk in to the cleanliness outside of the property is amazing. I personally look forward to staying there again. Have a trip on may 28 would love to stay again.

We all loved the house, it was the best house we have rented here in Orlando.

We had a great time at this house. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the house was perfect for our group of 12. It’s a close enough to Disney but far enough where you don’t feel like you are right in town. Lots of space and bathrooms. We highly recommend to other groups.

We had a great time at this property! Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the open style of kitchen / living room and allowed for some great bonding time while i cooked. Easy to find, close to stores and a short drive to Orlando or Tampa. Thanks again!

Overall a nice place. We stayed here in March and I can say the property management company did a good job and responded to our several issues the same day, the house is clean and has a great view from the pool area.

The home worked out great for our family of 6. It was very clean and spacious. Location was close to Disney. Pool, Spa and Game Room were a nice bonus. Management was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner.

It was the second time we have stayed on the Terra Verde resort, different house this time but same great experience, loved it and will be back again.

Amazing There was 8 of us on this trip, 4 kiddos and 4 adults. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the pool and games room were a hit with everyone. King beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels for the pool. Great security guards at the gate. Friendly staff at the clubhouse, overall best place we have stayed in Florida. Will definitely book on Solana again.

Fabulous place with great location! We had an amazing time staying at this home. We had 8 people stay for a week and there was plenty of room for everyone. On our vacation we visited the 4 main Disney parks. They were all within a very short distance. There was also a Walmart, Grocery store and gift stores right close. It was great to be able to go grocery shopping to cook meals in the beautiful kitchen. My kids enjoyed the house so much they they wanted to stay back at the house and hang out rather than go to Disney. The game room with the pool table, ping pong table and Play Station was a favorite for all. We loved our stay and will stay here again next time we visit.

This We were extremely happy with this property. It more than exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, roomy and had a well stocked kitchen. The game room was extra benefit with everyone enjoying the opportunity to play darts and shoot pool. We will definitely be back!!

Pretty good place to stay, clean well maintained grounds. Heated big pool was a blast for the grandkids, we'll be back again.

Villa was fantastic we had a great stay at Windsor Hills. Also the management company Villa4UFlorida have been the most accommodating and compassionate management company we have ever encountered. We were faced with being stuck in Florida upon hurricane Dorian and Villa4UFlorida done everything in their power to help us out. Great trustworthy company with very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using again.
