Here at Villa4UFlorida we have always prided ourselves on our housekeeping standards, but we understand now more than ever as a guest you want confidence that our cleaning standards go above and beyond. Rest assured, we are committed to increasing our cleaning processes and protocols and have taken all necessary advice and recommendations from Center of Disease Control and Vacation Rental Managers Association to ensure as our guest you feel safe and welcome in our homes and have a great vacation.
We use EPA approved and recognized disinfecting products on all major surfaces and pay attention to all high-touch areas, including but not inclusive of door knobs, lockboxes or keypads, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets and faucets.
All of our staff are trained and instructed to wear masks and disposable gloves correctly whilst on site (housekeepers through to maintenance technicians and villa inspectors).
