There are 2 master bedrooms upstairs that share a fully screened full length balcony stretching across the length of the villa over looking the pool and spa below. One of which is a King suite the second a queen suite. The other upstairs bedrooms are a twin room and a full bedroom.

Downstairs is the last bedroom - a Full size bed, we also have the pool table, the 2 living areas and large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with an island for the extra space to lay out the meals for any of the 10 guests this home can sleep. With TVs in every room and a very large TV in the master living area this home is the perfect vacation home for your stay here in Central Florida.

The pool area is south facing so captures the sun all day, with outside dining and sun loungers set up for your pleasure the pool also has a spa to relax in.

Please note that although the outside pool and spa can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
