This South-West facing, corner lot, conservation view on this 6 bedroom 4 bathroom Windsor Palms Resort home provides a very serene and private ambience for our Villa4UFlorida guests.

The interior of the home was completely renovated at the start of 2015 by an interior designer who achieved a very unique, modern, open concept, with luxuriously appointed design.

The list of upgrades goes on and on starting with the contemporary kitchen, granite countertops, custom L-shaped breakfast bar with seating for 6, porcelain/marble tile, wood stairs and high end flooring throughout.

The washrooms are also all brand new with granite countertops/custom cabinetry.

The villa itself has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites on the ground floor – one of which opens up straight to the pool area. The pool itself is a large private pool and spa which can be heated upon request.

There is a second king size bedroom on the second floor which has a conservation view.

Each of the other bedrooms have brand new contemporary bedroom suites with new queen beds/mattresses. All bedrooms have new 40 inch LED TV ‘s, with the master living room sporting a Playstation with games for the children at heart.

Windsor Palms Resort is an extremely popular resort here in Kissimmee Florida, only 5-10 minutes from Animal Kingdom, the connecting routes to Walt Disney World parks and the endless list of central Florida attractions are only a short drive away.

The larger of the two clubhouses plays host to a lounge area and business facilities, a gym, a (video) games room, pool and table tennis tables with a small cinema, showing family friendly movies.

The resort also has a communal swimming pool and spa, a childrens splash pool, and plenty of loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

If you don't fancy staying in and cooking but didnt want to travel then head for the tiki bar with full liquor licence and food.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
