The community of Calabay Parc plays host to this is a exceptional South facing open planned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home complete with a fun games room, no rear neighbors and a brilliant L-shaped private pool and spa.
This well maintained villa has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both of which have direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs
The pool and spa overlooks a garden area and is not overlooked from the rear, this has a covered lanai area for those of you wishing to seek shade from the Florida sun and with comfortable pool furniture this is a great spot to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and looks out to the living room and breakfast bar. There is a formal dining room and plenty of room for everyone.
The garage has been converted into a wonderful games room equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table and an Air Hockey table.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $32.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

We had a great 10 days. Jordan was very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. The “Rule and Regulations Booklet” was very helpful and answered all of the questions that we had! I would highly reccommend Jordan and his home!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The bedrooms were all spacious and the kitchen easy to work in. Thank you for always being so quick to reply for any questions we had for you.
One recommendation we could suggest is having some kind of railing to get into the pool. We are in our mid 70's and found it difficult to get in. We needed to put a chair beside the pool for something to hold onto for balance. We have stayed at different homes in Florida before and sometimes there has been a book left there to see what is local for shopping, golf courses ,restaurants etc

This place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very spacious and beautiful house. Villa4UFlorida were very friendly and easy to talk to. Responding very quickly with easy to follow instructions. Also keeps things in mind to resolve any concerns we had and to make sure we are comfortable which is so sweet. This spot is in a great area. Endless amounts of stores, food, and attractions to explore! The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors that even came and talked to us a bit. There’s plenty of places in the house for peace and quiet, and alone time, or just enjoying each other’s company with enough space for everyone. The pool was to die for with its gorgeous island vibe with a breathtaking view. I already miss being here and would not hesitate to come back if we can. Thank you for everything!! You really made this an awesome anniversary

Beautiful place to stay while visiting the parks, close to lots of amenities. Pool and outdoor area were lovely to spend time in.
