Windsor Hills Resort is a spectacular 24hr manned and gated resort community just a short drive from the entrance of Walt Disney World, in fact one of the closest private pool home resorts to Disney without actually staying on resort.

Located just minutes from the parks in Orlando, this large 6 bedroom spacious private pool home allows you to enjoy the comforts of home while cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing in the spa or pool at the end of a long day, and having the kids entertain themselves in the game room while the adults unwind. Even better, take a day off to enjoy the grounds at Windsor Hills with its resort sized heated pool, splash pad, water slides, movie theater, and more!

The gaming area in the converted garage includes an 85" Roku TV with XBox, theater seating, and gaming chairs, as well as some classic arcade games like Golden Tee, The Simpsons, and Big Buck Hunter. There is also added a 75" TV in the family room and there are TVs in each of the bedrooms. The home decor is Disney-themed, but more subtle and refined than the heavily themed homes and showcases different artistic representations of the parks as well as engineered drawings of some of the notable architecture and rides.

The pool and spa at this home has been upgraded to a salt-water system, which is gentler on the skin and hair and provides all of our guests with more reliable swimming conditions.

Please note that with the private outside pool and spa this can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

The lanai is compete with a large table to enjoy meals pool-side as well as several chaise lounges and chairs to relax on. New pool lights set the mood for a fun and relaxing evening unwinding in the pool area as you watch them cycle through colors.

Additionally the home has been equipped with plenty of gear to use with young kids: locks on the kitchen cabinets (easily turned on or off for your preference), a mini crib and Pack N Play, a high chair, booster seat, stroller, and even a play yard for those really little ones!

We also have a variety of plastic plates, bowls, and cups for everyone to use stress free particularly around the outside areas.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
