This luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is a holiday makers paradise. Located on the very popular community of Calabay Parc just 20 minutes drive from the Disney Parks, this is a private, comfortable and very well furnished home.

This villa has a screened in private pool,with a good size lanai to escape the warm Florida sun, the comfortable pool furniture is ideal for relaxing in and a great place to unwind on vacation, this outside living space is fully complimented with your own gas grill and a fantastic pool which as an option can be heated.

Inside the villa are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which leads directly out onto the pool deck and inclludes a large en-suite bathroom with separate bath tub and walk in shower. The 2 remaining guest bedrooms share the family bathroom. The modern and spacious living area has been meticulously furnished with some beautiful touches. The villa is equipped with two game consoles (PS3 and X-Box) a large flat screen TV in the living room which has all cable channels. The garage has been converted into an extremely nice games room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey table for the kids amongst your party (young and old).

This villa also comes with a security alarm for your comfort, free wifi and free calls throughout USA Canada and Puerto Rico.

Please note that although the pool can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $35 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay with us.
