With no rear neighbours this quiet 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on Indian Creek is a lovely location to spend your vacation.The private pool area is well covered for protection from the Florida sunshine and the spacious deck gives you enough room to slide the loungers out to top up that holiday tan.The villa boasts its very own games room with a pool table and air hockey game. Each bedroom has a TV and with two separate dining areas it leaves a large open plan living area to gather round watching the large television in the main room.This villa has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and the two remaining twin rooms share the remaining family bathroom.The Indian Creek community offers tennis courts just to the rear of the property, a play area, basketball courts and a small putting green.The villa offers free wifi and free calls throughout USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional cost to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 days.
